Services & Rates - Small Business

The following rates apply to small business customers only. For residential rates, please click here.

On-Site Technical Services
All of the residfential services are also available to business customers. However, due to the more complex nature of business computing and networking environments we cannot offer the same flat-rate pricing model. Instead, we have a 1-hour minimum of $75 and charge $30 per half hour after the first. For example, a 1 hour and 30 minute service call would be $105.
Contract Service Packages

We offer contract service packages which allow for a discounted hourly rate and also grant priority to service calls. Contract packages are beneficial to businesses to guarantee rapid response to emergency calls.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.

Customer is responsible for backing up vital data prior to service being performed. Plain Tech Talk is not responsible for lost data.

Computer must be easily accessible at time of appointment.

Customer is responsible for licensed operating system software and restore software, if needed to complete a repair

Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.

Microsoft Windows® 98 operating systems may require additional configuration charges.

Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Plain Tech Talk reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.

Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.

Plain Tech Talk guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the labor warranty.

Unless specified in a contract agreement, Plain Tech Talk does not bill for services. Payment must be made at the completion of the service call.
